    I cant praise the Aftersales team enough. I purchased my flat in May 2020. Since moving in the Aftersales team have been fantastic (even throughout the pandemic) in responding to my home queries and coming out to fix any snags/broken appliances quickly and efficiently. 18 months down the line they are still just as responsive and helpful and are honouring their 2 year defects policy. I cant praise James enough who is incredibly helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond whenever called out to fix anything, no matter how major or minor he is professional and helpful and his friendly nature is a bonus. The Aftersales team have made the whole purchasing/moving in process smooth and easy and I would highly recommend.

    Aftersales from Montreaux have been absolutely shocking.Whilst the builders and contractors that constructed our property have been useful, any attempt to contact the Aftersales team is met with what can only be described as destain. An example being in the first 2 weeks of moving in....a glass aspect of the cooker falling out due to poor installation smashing everywhere....the Aftersales team refused to replace (at a cost of probably about 10)....stating it was not due to installation. Luckily a contractor who we had developed a relationship with attended ad-hoc whilst on site, agreed the issue was how they had tried to install it and replaced it (as he had loads in his van for the site). Having delayed the original completion by 18months (not unheard of I accept) we moved into our property at 77 Aldenham Road, Bushey. 3 years down the line we are being faced with numerous charges from 2 years ago (when the property was completed) regarding issues with the electricity contract taken out during the build and issues with originally fit gates from 2 years ago! We have received ZERO assistance regarding our ventilation system breaking down with regards to getting hold of the warranty they set up....which we were not provided with but were told we have complete responsibility for. I have phoned on a number of occasions and have been told I will receive a call back....only for this not to be the case. I have never written a review on Google but am so disappointed with the service provided that I feel it is important to warn others. It is also extremely difficult attempting to contact anyone to discuss directly. I have the impression of a completely self-interested company who hold absolutely no regard for the individuals that invest in the properties they build.
