Professional, quick and trustworthy. I called on Friday and had and engineer (Sam) around on Monday to provide a quote for a boiler repair. Quote was given same day and parts ordered once I'd confirmed. Repair was completed the following day. Sam and Will were very professional and gave me a crash course in what went wrong in my boiler, what they were doing etc, which is really appreciated for the boiler laymans such as myself! Invoice came promptly and payment is easy via visa through a link online. Prices are reasonable and worth the professionalism and care provided by the company. Will use again! Really great honest service! Sam was very honest and guaranteed his work as well! He charged a very fair amount whereas others quoted 3/4 times the price. I was extremely nervous about getting the fault fixed as the damage caused by the fault would continue if not fixed, he was very patient and explained exactly what he did step by step and assured the problem would not return. Same day and prompt service and he double checked the work multiple times and was great at fault finding. I would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, polite and reliable engineer!

Called them to get a cistern repaired. HPSS responded promptly; they communicated clearly and provided a friendly, effective service. Would definitely use again.

Awful company. Was rude, took 4 hours to do a half hour job, admin was terrible and when I complained that we hadn't received a quote after chasing 3 times he emailed saying this (quote): "Here's a tip for you. If someone doesn't quote after chasing, it means they don't want the job". Nice. Most unprofessional I've ever worked with and as a professional business owner myself I was completely shocked.
