Excellent staff very helpful especially a manager named James I have had 2 encounters with him he's been absolutely great professional helpful and outstanding thank you very much to all staff especially to James I don't know what his position but I think he is one of the managers highly recommended Sainsbury's

Click and collect is amazing facility provided by Sainsbury. Be punctual and reach to collect your stuff on time. Staff I meet was amazing and very friendly. Only issue with click and collect I see is that you don't get some items in your package as you see in the app or site. Don't worry, your money is safe. Sainsbury doesn't bill for what they don't add to your package.
