Simone is a fantastic Pilates instructor. I can't recommend highly enough. She has such knowledge of how the body works, a very patient nature, and has certainly helped me to keep mobile in the last 24 months. I love both the Zoom classes and studio work. Having never been an exercise person I can say that I've found something I love in Pilates and Simones classes. If you are in pain or struggling to keep moving give Simone a call. She has certainly improved my quality of life. Thank you

I love my classes with Simone, I miss our in class sessions but the adaptation to zoom has been fantastic. Her knowledge and compassion shines through each class and I cant recommend her enough. We practice the core basics while adding things to challenge and get the most out of our session. Ive learnt so much and have a better understanding of my body and how it works. Cant wait to get back to her studio but really happy with how things are right now. Highly recommend.

Simone's attention to detail and knowledge is outstanding, I highly recommend the virtual class on Zoom or the one to one Class. All classes are delivered in a loving and caring manner. Thank you

Simone is an excellent, intuitive and professional teacher who manages to cater for each class member and their individual needs and issues. Attending both her mat classes and studio sessions has helped me maintain a strong body core and improved my posture. I enjoy my Pilates and look forward to each session.
