Was great when booking in the appointment, however I stressed to Steve when I booked the appointment that me and my partner were very interested in a certain flat, we planned on going over the asked rental amount because it was what we were looking for. Only to be told 10 minutes before our viewing that the landlord had already accepted and offer. I understand others offering but there was not a fair chance give to those who could have potentially offered the landlord a better option. As I say, they were fine when booking in but if you are to arrange a viewing make sure to try and be first in the door as you may find yourself at the end and wasting mileage to get there only to be turned away.

Sent a message 5 mins after a property appeared on the market and tried to book a viewing a and put an offer down. Waited 3 days without any reply only to get a message back saying that the property is under another offer now. RIDICULOUS AGENTS AVOID!

Was a private tennant with SWR for three years. A couple of minor issues with the house I was renting were sorted quickly and with little fuss. Outside of that they were always great to deal with and professional.
