Hot Tub Haven

Purchased our Island Spa Hot Tub back in July from Hot Tub Haven and it has exceeding our expectations. The service and advice provided by Nigel from the initial discussions to after sale care is excellent. Hot Tub was delivered and installed on time and the quality seems to be very good. Was initially slightly concerned about maintenance but this is actually straightforward and only takes about 30mins per week. Overall very satisfied.

We bought our hot tub late last year after dropping into the leatherhead branch. Nigel was so helpful and informative. He answered all our questions both on the running of the hot tub and also how we could prepare the site for its installation. We had visited several other hot tub places before but when we left leatherhead we both said how useful and knowledgeable he had been without the hard sell approach. The tub he suggested was just right for our family use and since its installation we have had the reassurance of his knowledge on the other end of the phone. I would without shadow of a doubt recommend this company. Our hot tub is one of the most extravagant things we have purchased and we certainly didn't want to make the wrong call. So impressed with Nigel at Hot Tub Haven with his knowledge of the island spa range. He took us through them all and made sure we picked the right one for our needs. He kept us updated on delivery during these tricky times and has an amazing support team for delivery, installation and commissioning. We had a full walk through of how everything works on the tub and with the chemicals. We basically havent got out out of it for 2 days! Thank you Nigel and Team - so thrilled with our purchase!

Nigel is was very friendly and helpful. The Artesian hot tubs are of a higher quality and worth the money. They also came with a very comprehensive warranty. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased a fantastic hot tub from Nigel at Hot Tub Haven. Weve not had a hot tub before, so this is our first experience. And were over the moon with it! It was great to be able to go to view the hot tubs in the showroom, where Nigel helped us make the best choice for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. Ordering the hot tub was a straightforward process and Nigel kept us informed of expected delivery date, etc. He visited our home to advise on placement of hot tub and also access for the delivery. On the day of delivery the team were all brilliant. All very professional and polite and did a great job. Everything went to plan. Weve now been using our new hot tub for a while and we couldnt be happier. Were very impressed with our Artesian product so far, and wish wed purchased one sooner.
