"Very disappointed" Andy from a sales point of view I can't fault but wouldn't purchase again unless they change their servicing/MOT company, SI Mechanical. A list of items missed on the PDI to push through to the sales pitch, items on PDI that should have been advisories on MOT, this car after just a few months is now costing me money with items that should have been sorted via the service. Very disappointed. Needs a new battery which I said right at the start, start stop doesn't work and never has although ticked as working, needs new discs, have found now this was on previous 2 MOTs as advisories also advised on the PDI then no mention on their MOT! service light was on and reverse camera didn't work, had to wait 3 months after again it being ticked as working! All listed in an email and sent to parkway with no response. I've been nothing more than polite and very patient and even let my partner use my car whilst his has also been used as he purchased his a month prior to mine and has had air con, water filter and 4x4 fixed already, he is very embarrassed as he recommended Parkway to me. Hopefully nothing serious will happen in the future with these 'oversights'
