Imperial Personnel

Edited. I wrote a great review for Imperial Personnel because they offered to pay me. I had to request the payment several times over months. I did get the payment eventually. The reality is, although the people were really nice, they refused to pay my holiday pay when I left. I left before the end of the financial year. They 'forgot' to include it in my final payslip, so I requested it. They said that as I requested after the end of April, I would no longer be able to have the pay as they had closed the books. They owed me approximately a week of pay. I went without food during the switch to permanent work. They knew this and still refused to help. The staff were nice, until you needed help.

After i applied communication was nice. I was successful after first meeting with employers and at the time they called offer interview for next day i was 100miles away visiting sister and told i will be back next day but evening so can interview take place any other day. They said will call back with date. Waited and called/emailed them for 10days,answer always was we call you back all good. Never called back. At the end i just gave up. So agency dont care about you much to inform and workplace which is Aldi want to control your free time before you even started to work,giving less then 24hrs in advance for interview what a joke some people have life and plans before they applied for a job. If they at least told me i will be declined for job if i dont come when they want i may could come back,but i never was told anything just left ignored. I never was treated like that as so multi skilled highly expierenced proffesional. All these 5star reviews is paid by agency...AVOID
