Being a professional ice skater, Ive needed my fair share of therapy over the years. So I understand the importance of treatment but mainly I appreciate the importance of finding a good therapist, someone who is extremely knowledgeable, skilled and empathetic. Therefore, I was delighted to find Becky Tyler at BTST. Becky is very professional and friendly with a great warmth putting you at ease, shes an extremely talented Osteopath whom always gets to the source of the problem quickly. Visited BTST today, as I have trapped nerves and degenerative disc issues with my back. Was made to feel very welcome, and the clinic is absolutely spotless and it's a lovely environment inside and outside. Leanne my orthopaedic practitioner was very professional and helpful, giving me loads of advice, that I'd never had before. This was my first visit and I'm booked in again. Leanne did a number of stretches on my lower back, acupuncture and massage of the lower back. Great place, and at the moment it's feeling like there's been an improvement, which I'm hoping each time it gets a little better.

Booked a sports massage treatment with Clare at short notice when working in the area. Super easy booking system, great communication from the reception team. Clare was very knowledgeable and the treatment was spot on, came away with a plan moving forward and a distinct relief of symptoms. Great service, will use again in future if Im in the area
