If I could give this home a 0 I would . Decided to put my father in respite here so I could have a holiday thinking he would be safe whilst I was away on a cruise . Three days in my father has fallen numerous times black and blue . No incident written up my niece was so distraught by the lack of care and things were only discussed after the incidents took place . My niece has taken my dad out of the home which we thought would of looked after him better . You should seriously think twice before allowing your loved ones in here . On the day of my dad coming in I spoke to two visitors when I asked how it was here they immediately said no comment . I feel absolutely heartbroken that I have left my father in such a place . My father was taken to hospital by my nieces and is still in there with dehydration and pneumonia . .

I work here & I absolutely love my job! The staff are absolutely amazing at what they do! We have had lots of new faces join our team who are fitting it lovely. The care & support I see our staff give daily is what really makes this a wonderful home. refurbishments are being carried out around the home and its looking fantastic. the management team are very approachable & always on hand to help, My great grandma was also in the home & I couldnt have asked for better care. Huge thank you to all staff.

I joined nightingale last year and can honestly say the staff are so lovely and really do care about the residents. The team work so hard to ensure the residents needs are met and that they are happy, they go above and beyond! 100% recommend

The jury is still out on this care home. I moved my Godmother here a few months ago after safety concerns at a different care home. A few new staff have joined the home. There always seem to be staff about, but not all of them appear to be pulling their weight. My Godmother had a fall and fractured her pelvis. For whatever reason, it should not have taken four days to get her medical help! Despite being released from the hospital on condition that she used a walker, I often found her in a different room to her walker as she wasn't able to remember that she needed one. Emails to the manager went unanswered. An Amazon echo unit we put in my Godmothers room went missing and has never been found. Months after moving in, items to go up on her wall were still in a bag in the managers office. Recently, the 'new manager' has moved on and several good members of staff I know from other care homes have started working here. I hope there's a difference in care. If not, I'll find somewhere that will give my Godmother the care she deserves
