A bit of difficulty with an aid not working after 3 years of use. I expected the aid would have to go back to Starkey but David fixed it and it was back with me next day. Excellent service. I am really pleased.

I contacted all ears hearing via their website on Sunday evening regarding my elderly father . He had told me over the phone that his left hearing aid had stopped working and he was struggling to hear . I asked for an appointment on either Wednesday or Thursday when I would have been able to take my dad to a clinic . I had a phone call from Alison around 9am on Monday morning when she offered to visit dad at home that day . She visited dad that afternoon and promptly repaired his hearing aid . He was thrilled to be able to hear clearly again and very grateful for the kind and prompt response to my enquiry. I would thoroughly recommend this practice who have always given good service to my dad but went over and above on this occasion. Thank you again Alison.
