Would not recommend and assume all good reviews are luck. We bought a family car here in January 2022, the staff were pretty uninterested and despite us being quite organised, not ready to show us the cars we had booked to see. A month later the clutch went on the car and I rang to speak about our 'free' 3 month warranty. I was told the clutch was an 'obviously' wear and tear item but that they'd send someone out. I waited 4 days, every day told someone would come the next day, every day told my warranty wouldn't be for this. Finally I called a mechanic out, who reconnected a loose hydraulic pipe (in minutes) that had not been properly connected or secured with a grip. Not a wear and tear problem but I still had to pay out. The mechanic noticed lots of grips missing - most notably from the battery so I doubt this vehicle has been checked over very well and I'm annoyed at having to pay out for someone to take a few minutes reconnecting a cable. Definitely will not use these guys again. UPDATE; I cannot reply to the message from the company for some reason but honestly, wouldnt want to nearly 5 months later.

Big let down booked to se a car. They sold it last night Did not bother to let me know . Won't use them again.

AVOID!! not good people Sold my sisters a car which had had the catalytic converter stolen, and they had done such a bad job replacing it that it caused other electrical problems. These electric problems caused an accident! So be careful and avoid!

Avoid big scam and you will lose your money. I reserved a car for few hours the guy send me the slip contract with my signature (I didnt sign anything) advising the deposit non refundable and I will lose the 500 he NEVER explained the deposit was non refundable. When I wanted to cancel after checking the care history this just a few hours later he told me he will only pay me back only 250 also said that I shouldnt be getting any money back for just reserving the car for couple of hours! Im surprise this kind of scam is aloud on auto trader and I will be reporting theses people for the DVLA for scamming people.
