This is the second time I have got a prescription that I can't ware. My vision is blurred and wearing the glasses just makes it just as bad in a different way. My reading glasses I have struggled with as well. When I call the last time I was fobbed off. Wear them for 2 weeks to adjust, I was told. I have fibromyalgia so walking is sometimes difficult.walking around is dangerous for me as I have had a few accidents while wearing the glasses. I just can't see properly with them on.

Money grabber people every time I go into that specsavers they alway trying to make me buy the expensive dull glasses they charging 25 for eye test and I have a voucher there always new unprofessional staffs it be nice if the same staff were there they lie when doing eye test to grab the money thank god I don't go there no more I have the lazier eye done trust me my vision is much clear than specsavers glasses

Terrible, asked to speak on the phone for a hearing test for my grand mother and was replied to in a rude and unkind fashion, when requesting to ask to speak to the manager the employee stated they are the manager with a rude and suggestive tone, these people want nothing but your money they do not care about your health, only their profit margins, DO NOT GO
