        Very happy - I bought a lovely military-style coat off De LaCreme but accidentally ordered size 8 instead of 16! I sent it back (which was easy as they have a form which you can fill in, and also complete something online) and they were really cool about it and followed it up and I got to deal with an actual human being (try doing that on Amazon!). The coat is really stylish and very well made. I would recommend them and will buy from them again, and I feel it is good to buy stuff from smaller, UK-based companies

        Great camel coat- paid around 100 pounds and the quality of the coat is the same as a 300 pound coat that I got elsewhere. Fast shipping times and great fit too.
