        Pool, steam and sauna rooms closed at various times. No refund for cancelled booking. No phone call to tell you your booking is cancelled. Shambles and getting worse.

        Horrible experience. No lockers have locks. If you want one you have to pay for it. Facilities are dirty. Payed 12.40 just for steam was not allowed to swim.

        Its a robbery do not open a membership! They charged my mum for 3 months without having the facilities working!
