        No longer open to public, so they will be making a financial loss, staff are grumpy and moody and there is an unhappy atmosphere in the building when I used to visit! I phoned Jan 2023, and a member of staff was very helpful and pleasant! So they can improve,so upgraded my star rating.

        Used them for years and now told there is a 5 delivery charge. Nobody informed us they was changing this. Nobody answers the phone either

        Very rude man on reception. Think his name was Sati or Satri. No customer service skills and was acting like hes the owner. Was very rude and abrupt. The others Ive dealt with are very helpful but this guy seemed to have a chip on his shoulder.
