The Rainbow Practice

I use to have dr Heredia before she left, and have to say she was by far the most professional, kind, and caring doctor me and my family have ever come across. Something every gp practice needs! Today I had an appointment with Dr JOY ANOSIKE and she called me 45 minutes before my appointment time and then claimed I missed my appointment and have to reschedule, after waiting a while just for this one!! I wasnt available so early before my appointment, as currently in hospital and set time aside from 25 minutes before my actual appointment time, yet she calls 45 minutes earlier!! How can she be to busy to speak to me (at my ACTUAL appointment time) if she is running 45minutes early. Very unprofessional and unfair, especially when people wait weeks if not months to get an appointment!!! Please pass on this fee back to her, as she needs to be aware of her mistake!

Its impossible to get appointments. The female receptionist are very rude and incompetent. Avoid it .

Recently moved to this practise from Angel surgery and had nothing but 5-star service feom everyone here. They call me when they said, they are move that happy to expain when i dont understand something they have said.... more gp practises need to be like this surgery...

My Gp is the rainbow practise which is upstairs. Everyday I have been calling 2 weeks straight and I can never get an appointment. I get advised to call for 8:30am so I call 8:20 and get told that there is no spaces available already by the automatic speaker. Last Tuesday I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting and when It was my turn in the queue the call ended. Is it impossible to reach a receptionist aswell as a doctor
