Been a patient here since it reopened on chalfont road and regretted the move from evergreen surgery ever since. Ironically it moved into evergreen PCC on first floor which is as wheelchair unfriendly as chalfont road premises. Often the lift does not work so you have to use the one on the other side of the building which is equally as difficult to get out of and turnaround. Yes, it was me who kept knocking the fire extinguishers of the wall and could not put them back. Whole facility is not wheelchair friendly and no matter where you park, you are blocking access and a fire hazard in case of an emergency evacuation. Never knew there was a disabled toilet until after I left and was sent back for a blood test. So that was not very well sign posted. And the one time I needed the toilet, I was advised by staff to go down stairs and use the one in the evergreen surgery, so I guess it's not wheelchair friendly either. When telephoning, no one ever answers the phone even if you are first in the queue. I've waited for an hour before on hold and got cut off. I soon learnt that 20 minutes in my wheelchair wait at reception, where no one was answering the phone. I did tell the first gp here when they moved and that I could ring the surgery on my phone, leave it ringing for 20 minutes while going to the surgery and when I get there the phone in the office was not ringing. But never resolved and I've since left. Since the introduction of online consultations, twice i have booked an online consultation for an elderly house bound relative and despite email confirmation, no one called. When checking for a status update by telephone, was first in the queue with no answer after 45 minutes, call back later and was second in queue with no answer after an hour, called back a third time and was second in queue again with no answer again in an hour. Disgraceful. I've had to had to go back to evergreen surgery as it's more wheelchair accessible for me.
