They are so heartless. As a new patient I was treated like trash newsflash if youre going to take patience. Be kind to them not only that do your job as a doctor and care about their concerns. Understand that doctors are human beings too. However, this is not acceptable. The doctor called me yesterday. I explained some very serious concerns to her. She blew me off and told me to go to A&E. Like if I dont go to A&E they arent gonna say go back to your GP doctor, after I send in my complaint I will be leaving Im going to find a better GP. I will no longer except trash. From anyone, including GP surgeries. I value myself and my health is always number one. If it means me having to go to a further GP so be it. I will find a better one no matter what. Ive been to all horrible GPs, but this one is also trash. Finally. After I called the reception they told me they cant give me another appointment because I had a phone appointment. I knew thats what they were going to say. But theyre telling me I have to come and give them a complaint. No problem. There is a reason why theyre so lowly rated it makes sense now.

So rude all staff including the doctors. Always shouting at you and very impatient with people. They dont listen when your trying to explain something. It felt racist, it felt really bad. I hope they can improve for all the services . Become more professional. We understand that sometimes they are busy and tired , but why take out their emotions on patients and their families,we as taxpayers, should not have such basic questions to ask local doctor? Sorry to made this complain, but this is the truth!!

The receptionist really need to be changed in this practice They are so rude very unempathic Edmonton medical practice please work on changing them This is not about doing your job they dont even want to listen to the patient
