I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. I specifically asked for a cake that was fresh cream and wasn't chocolate as she hates chocolate cakes. It was meant to be plain vanilla. We took the cake to the restaurant where we were celebrating and when she cut it we found it was chocolate. She couldn't even eat her own birthday cake and was really upset. The filling was fake cream and tasted awful. The server said their cakes are beter than Cakebox...no way is yhat true. Never buy from here as they lie to make sales.

Avoid this brand at all costs!!!! I paid 73 for a cake which was supposed to have a picture of my partner on it across the whole cake with more filling and designs around it as advertised. Delivery comes in, with chocolate on the paper on the box. I open the box and see a minimised picture from the x axis upwards, ruining the photo. On top of that, what made the photo worse was that there were so many bubbles on the photo and some of them popped, which was crazy because it looked like the just slapped it on at the end without care. I emailed the company asking for a new cake or a refund they said theyll give me a 35% discount code for my next purchase as if Id buy from them again. Then 2 days later tell me if I want a refund I have to return the cake to them. I literally told them they can take it back by all means but they waited 2 days so that the cake would be thrown in the bin which is has been or couldve been eaten so that they dont have to refund anything. They use false advertising to lure customers in and scam them. Stay away from this brand, there are better places to get better products.
