        Normally I go during the week and there is a super lovely lady there, wish I knew her name, she would get 5 stars.But today there where 2 ladies there rude as hell!!! I was with my daughter of 2 years old and they basically said she has to wait outside the shop while I get my threading done, She s 2 and I wasnt going to leave her outside by herself.they had no other customers at that time and her buggy is really small so there was room .one staff member just kept quite while.the other was so rude and had 0 customer service skills. .I had to leave her with the door open in her buggy while the woman threaded my upper lip and had to do it again qs she missed some hairs and didn't even notice. Really bad service.

        Got my first facial with Lamiya. She was amazing! Was very informative and gentle. Also adds a very nice massage to the shoulders and neck. Makes you feel very relaxed and pampered! I will definitely be going back to see her.
