        Woman at the information desk is out of date for her role. No awareness of customer service who needs to be served in order. Continuously serving other customers whilst serving the person in front of her, very slow and overly laid back as if she is doing you a favour, congrats, you just lost a business customer. 25 minutes wait sitting down, while she served people who came in after me. garbage branch garbage service.

        The best branch in London . The staff are very professional, effective and always helpful. They always go beyond their duty and give 5 star service. Specially madlina , Luisa and Fatima without them the branch wouldnt be the same .
