Not convinced by advice given. Paid 25 for a call out on a washing machine tripping the power. They ran checks and said it was the PCB which needed replacing. Supposedly it wasnt worth fixing due to potential issues and costs. They didnt even put the machine back together after the inspection and parts were left disconnected. They went on to push a sharp washing machine for 380. I found the same machine online for 285. I also found the PCB part which needed replacing on eBay for 20 delivered. I called them back to discuss and they said it was not a complete part and needed a fascia. A PCB is an independent part and doesnt need a fascia to replace the PCB. I was left thinking they didnt do a good job and left the washing machine in a state which meant it couldnt be repaired. They were pushing their own machine as a replacement. I had to buy a new machine... but not through them.
