        Fantastic one to one pilates class with Karen. Lovely studio. Come away feeling very relaxed. She really helped me understand my body movement. Would highly recommend.

        I found the Movement Studio in July 2020. The classes have been life-changing for me. My mobility has improved and my hip and knee pain is gone. Karen is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The classes are relaxed and rejuvenating. The studio is also in a quiet and beautiful area. I have been amazed by the results of these classes that I truly enjoy. Thank you Karen.
