Great quality fence, no doubt about that. Worthy state clearly on their website that they care and listen to their customer requests. Mine apparently wasn't too clear, as such I raised it as a snag at the end of the project. These things happen. However... The communication was horrific, I gave them a good week and a half to respond before I had to start calling several times and writing emails everyday. When I finally got through and explained that I had been calling so often, I was told they were closed when google clearly states business opening hours, if this is incorrect its not my problem. We hadn't paid the second half the bill due to the snag, so when they finally got back to us we were told to pay within 24 hours or we will collect as the bill was significantly overdue and our request was out of scope. We agreed to pay so long as they fixed the issue which they agreed to do out of good will although they felt it was out of scope. Well, its been another two weeks and nothing. I've told them to stand down and will do it myself. The sad thing is, had they of simply stated "it was out of scope, it will cost X" I would have probably just said "Sure thing, go ahead". Instead I got the runaround. So in summary. 5 Stars for the fence. -1 for the awful communication -1 for broken promises -1 for wasting my time

I ordered a new garden gate. This was delivered within 3 working days as promised. The quality is superb. all fittings supplied. There is no doubt as to the quality of timber.....I cannot carry it alone! Thoroughly recommendable company with value for money.

However...
