Check Trust Pilot - this company appears to have some serious issues. It may have had good reviews in the past, but recent reviews look pretty terminal.

Last week iddea managed to fit me in before Christmas, although it felt like a life time waiting (sorry for all the calls!) we have a fullly functioning solar system installed! cant fault the team that installed and the office for all their help after install, cant stop looking at the APP though!

Main part of the job, the initial consultantation then the install, all very good. Follow up - not great to be honest. I'm still not sure if I'm going to get power if there's a powercut. I've asked several times now. No-one seems bothered. Might look for another local solar company who can finish the job (or at least verify what has been done). Shame really.

I have just, last week, had my solar panels fitted by IDDEA. I can say that the whole process was carried out very professionally and the operatives were respectful, helpful and carried out the work to high quality. The scaffolding team did a great job as well. I used to inspect scaffolding setups and could not fault their work. The only fly in the ointment was that IDDEA could not get hold of the kit in time. This seems to be a major problem currently. They booked me in for installation on a Friday because they were expecting delivery of my equipment but it failed to turn up. However, they came and wired up in preparation meaning they had to do a second visit to fit the kit, thereby costing themselves more; they took the hit though. But they kept me informed all the way through, and I'm very pleased with the result.
