My appointments with Mynndie have really helped manage my lower back pain with an immediate impact on reducing the pain levels, constructive advice on the specific exercises to carry out to improve the core strengthening needed and has allowed me to carry my day to day activities without pain.

Mynndie was great! I appreciated the initial time and attention given to questions, medical history and tests, and general wellbeing. The meditative atmosphere in the surgery also puts you at ease once practice begins. I came away from my first appointment with a comprehensive treatment plan and clarity on the next steps I can take to recover well. Would highly recommend!

Ive been visiting Mynndie on and off for several years now whenever I have back or neck issues, she always manages to get to the issue and relieve the pain quickly. More recent I have been having maintenance appointments and have seen improvements in flexibility and reduced back pain. Im now back in the gym and pain free. Highly recommended!
