I have been having private weekly sessions with Mark for over a year (covid permitting) . He offers a wealth of experience and pays close attention to detail; which has enhanced my progress. Mark tailors each session to your strengths and weaknesses and challenges you to improve! I have seen a marked difference in my flexibility and movement. He has the ability to pitch the session to your personality and makes Pilates fun and enjoyable!!

We could not recommend Jayne at full motion Pilates highly enough . The classes are really designed for the level of competence you are at and with small classes you really do get the personal attention . We started in a beginners class and would recommend anyone wanting to do Pilates to enrol with Jayne Tony & Alison Bird

The private sessions with Mark have been invaluable in my recovery from a back injury. He is extremely knowledgeable and prepares each session specifically to your needs. Mark is patient and attentive and makes the sessions interesting and fun. The Cabin is a great tranquil space, with a range of equipment to enhance the sessions.
