What an amazing experience working out with Travis the Personal Trainer at Eden Sports. I was nervous about beginning this journey as I am a 55 year old, overweight gym virgin! But if your like me and wanting to change be rest reassured, his knowledge and approach are exceptional and are only matched by his patience as he challenges you to achieve. Always supportive and reinforcing - my body confidence has grown not just from an aesthetic perspective but more importantly in what my body can achieve and is capable of. He wants you to succeed, makes you work hard to hit your goals and doesnt believe in cant so be prepared to sweat!!! I would highly recommend -

I've been very impressed with the help from Hayley using her TeCar machine to relieve the symptoms of gout. I can highly recommend her.

Had an issue with my knee. Got an appointment with Roberto. Really friendly and professional. Gave me a diagnosis and some treatments and a list of exercises to help it heal quickly. Will definitely return if I need them again in the future. Ian

Worst service. They dont care about a persons pain. Having a severe backache contacted 3 times in a day and was promised a call back. There is no response or call back ruined my whole day if you could have informed earlier I would have gone for other options but you guys left me with no options but only to suffer. Pathetic service.After leaving 1 star review the owner of the clinic called me asking wether she can book an appointment for next days. If I would not left a review I am sure I will not get a call. This is how you treat people with pain? And yes I received a call back from the owner offering me a treatment which I refused because this was all after I left an 1 star review and if I wouldnt have left any review Iam sure the lady would not have Called me back and when people go to any clinic they expect treatment in time which you have failed to do it and providing treatment after having an review is not at all acceptable if you think you have done right it is for yourself but you guys left in pain.
