Greenwork Solutions have been taking care of our bathroom needs for 4 years now, they've never missed a service/clean. The service is excellent, our manager Juliska is always available for any issues and will come and see us! The operators are excellent and professional at all times. We would highly recommend Greenworks!

Abysmal customer service and unprofessional. After many many months of them failing to meet their T&Cs by not adhering to their collections, they have the audacity to send a bill for their services of which they have not undertaken and even so much as to send a Final Reminder. Whilst I was content that we both just accepted the contract was null and void to Mitigate any undue work and admin on both parties. I am now going to request a formal complaint into how the company has undertaken contractual requirements and invoice them for the work around solutions we had to undertake in order to meet the requirements This brings me on to my second point, we were instructed by green works falsely that we had to have a recognised and registered sanitary company contracted or we could face huge fines, they have lied. Deceived and behaved in a disgusting manner, the so called account manager must be new at this role as I can only surmise the lack of account management is above the capabilities of this individual. Perhaps a less taxing job would be more suited to this person, could I suggest something not customer facing ? Maybe someone that makes tea and coffee to enable the professionals to keep the business growing ? With my communications relating to their behaviour I will be passing this onto someone in compliance and regulations who will possibly see my point, there is however the chance that they could see theirs, however working in corporate commercial matters personally, I would very much doubt the latter point would be forthcoming.
