We were so impressed with the service that we decided to take up their offer of a maintenance/repair contract at just under 200 for 12 months......HUGE, HUGE MISTAKE!!
Its all politeness and nothing is too much trouble at the outset but what they don't mention at that point is that by the time they send you the following year's renewal invoice you are already outside of their cancellation window. When you call try to call and discuss it's a very abrupt 'its in your contract' tough luck reply.
On contacting them to cancel we were then told that we were already contractually committed as per their T's & C's (which have a cancellation window that expires 3 months in advance of the 12 month contract ending)so by the time you receive your renewal notice, its too late and you don't have the option to cancel, therefore having to pay for a further 12 months cover that you don't want or need!!
Best option - use someone else!
