Several very bad incidents - medication not supplied in time, often items missing from regular prescriptions, and others - emails usually unanswered, and any complaints not dealt with efficiently. Worst practice ever registered with - if I wan not ill I would move to another. Rapidly gone downhill since Dr Morrison left!

Ive recently moved here from an East Sussex seaside town and cant believe the quality of care Ive received from this practice. It is so much better in every way, I cant thank the staff enough for their courtesy and attention. Clearly, they are trying to deal with a huge demand and getting through on the phone is sometimes difficult but that aside, my experience has been excellent.

Mu wife is teacher, another type of key worker by the way, and she went today to her re-scheduled appointment since November as causes of nurses strikes and being off. Todays she arrived because of work and traffic almost 15 min late and she has been rejected to be attended for an screening test for cancer prevention. Is it even fair!!!!??? How can we complain in a proper way against what just happened??

I have the misfortune of having to use this practice and I think 1 star is being very generous to them! Recent patch tests showed that I have an allergic reaction to linalool so I recently contacted the practice to request my repeat perscription. Some 8 days later, the chemist still hasn't received the note regarding my perscription and I have ran out of the cream I need to use on my hands. As a result, my hands are badly flaring up and my colleagues at work are asking me questions. Here's what I said about Edenbridge Medical Practice in 2018: 'Some issues with potential eczema and hayfever and the staff here don't seem interested in helping to resolve my issues. I was advised by a member of staff at the reception to visit a pharmacist and I politely reminded her that I thought I was visiting a medical practice. I could be wrong.' Some 4 years later and the service hasn't improved. I feel the the GPs here don't actually care about their patients!
