The sale of my home was difficult and dragged on for months longer than it should have. James was consistently professional, honest and helpful. He kept lines of communication open and went above and beyond to preserve the sale and keep momentum going when it was in danger of falling through - multiple times! Despite this, James never wavered in the service offered. Additionally, he has great market knowledge which helped in the making of some very difficult decisions. Remedial works were needed on the house prior to completion and a reputable builder was recommended. All of the other staff, when I had encountered them, were nothing but helpful. Fees are also competitively priced. I would, without doubt, use Alexander James again and again!

Totally satisfied with the very professional service offered by James and his team from the outset. The few queries I raised were answered quickly and I particularly liked the video tour of my property. Personally I would definitely recommend this company in Edenbridge.
