Jaques of London (John Jaques and Son Ltd)

My twins were bought Lets learn to count & Lets learn early years letters and both had parts missing. I sent Jaques of London some photos but they would not send us the missing parts without the order number. A shame because apart from the missing parts, the gifts are educational and I would have purchased more for their little friends birthdays.

Long-time loyal customer, but sadly no longer. Jaques' products are generally lovely, but in my experience their customer service if things go wrong or you need help is woeful: slow, illogical and firmly anti-customer.

Ordered a train set & how amazing it is. The packaging is absolutely beautiful & the set is adorable. There was a little note inside saying who packed the present. Lucy it was perfect. Thank you. A great buy x

I bought two items from them on Sunday as part of a Christmas gift They sent me a message on the 22nd of December that the parcel was delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. I emailed and heard back from a lady named Glenda, she tried to help and provided me with 2 options, to either get a refund or to re deliver. I replied back to her and at that point I received a message that the email couldn't be delivered. I then emailed Jaque's email again and got a response from Google that the recipients inbox is full. I don't even know if my issue will ever be resolved or if the money is gone , but this company is quite frustrating to deal with
