Caroline at The Bridge Estate Agents not only found my retired Father his perfect home in Edenbridge when he registered as a buyer, she also was kind enough to step in and take over the sale of his property which was completely outside of her area. Within a couple of weeks we had a firm offer, several months after the house had originally been put on the market by a well know High Street Estate Agents with little activity and no success. Caroline was kind, professional and patient throughout the whole process with an extremely nervous and axious elderly man, we could not recommend her enough. Thank you from us all, especially Mitzie the cat, as you know, this property had to tick all the boxes for her!
