October '22 update: noticed some roof work going on. Trade Counter guys inform me that solar panels are being installed. Rep to Champion Timber! Needed to collect some lengths of (metric) 4x2s for a couple of friends. Helpful over the phone the day before, when I phoned to check the online stock levels were accurate, and efficient, friendly and cooperative when I showed up, late inevitably. They even cut down, without charge, the 3.6m lengths into 1.8s that I needed. Plenty of space in the front car park, and not far to carry timber from the sawbench. Will use them again in the future. The C24 timber was good quality with few knots and pretty 'true'.

Only popped in for advice and they were only too happy to assist despite my request not being related to their main area of business. Previous exposure to this business has been good as they are very knowledgeable about timber and all things wood.

The helpful and well-trained staff, which is a credit to the company, helped me find everything I needed.In my opinion, good customer service. The price was also pleasantly reasonable.
