        Apple approved repairer. Fantastic service for a battery replacement on a MacBook. Also provides a repair diagnosis/assessment for 42 (35+vat) - a very affordable way to have an expert check your device for issues. Highly recommended.

        An A* service from start to finish from the team here at Group 8. A special thanks to David who gave me some initial advice over the telephone and Connor who dealt with me in store and also did the repair. I delivered my MacBook to them on the Thursday and it was ready to collect the following day! Speedy repair, unparalleled service and great communication. Would highly recommended. Thank you, Group 8!

        This company is the BEST!!! - Fast collection and Delivery. Great communication, just a phone call away and quick clear information. I never usually leave reviews but they are EXCEPTIONAL. Story: I have had a year of constant problems with my MacBook Pro 2020, crashing, kernel panics, It has been sent off to apple multiple times and continuous problems persisted. Along with this the turnover times where extremely long, many weeks without a machine I work on. I fortunately got a repair case opened with apple to have the repair done by Group 8, A GOD SEND. Every problem I have had has been resolved in a fraction of the time (days instead of months). I can't thank them enough, thank you David.
