        picked up van thursday morning noticed slight smell in cab after loading it struggled to pull away on slope in drive at a set of lights tried a hill start clutch burning struggled to pull away just spoken to staff who told me i pulled away wrongly which caused the clutch to burn and now it is perfectly fine,he also told me i was offered a replacement van within 20 min which is a lie as i was offered no van but told to organise recovery myself this is the second van i have hired recently from them the first had half the side missing the last, burnt clutch,bent handbrake and service warning triangle permanently on WILL NOT USE AGAIN

        Everything as expected. The van I was given was a little larger then I expected, so a bit of a challenge to drive but I soon got used to it
