I purchased a Unicorn Hobby Horse for my daughter's 4th birthday and sadly it was cheaply made, the pole instead of being solid appears to be hollow plastic. Needless to say with the usual sort of a play a four year old would get up to, it bent and snapped. Business told me that since it was 30 days beyond the original purchase date they couldn't offer a refund or replacement and simply said sorry. The other item I bought is of questionable quality also, both appear to be very cheap imported items and I later located the hobby horse for 6 at the Range, half the price of this store. To not refund an item that probably cost them around 3 is just terrible customer service and completely dishonest. Awful quality and terrible service, I would NOT recommend buying from this store. With quality so poor who knows how safe these items are for your children.
