The Workshop Projects

My review is quite old... very old in fact... I commissioned The Workshop Projects to build me a custom gaming desk... must have been nearly 3 to 4 years ago... i was clearing out my email archive and came across the original comms for the build which prompted me to leave a review. Everyday I see and use the desk and it continues to be a work of art. The build quality is second to none... it still looks as good as when I first took delivery... nothing whatsoever is coming apart or peeling... it's solid. From memory, the whole process for commissioning the build was easy... they were able to reproduce my requirements exactly.... This company provides outstanding work and they come highly recommended. We have just updated one of bedrooms and chose Workshop Projects to build some built in wardrobes for us. We could not be more pleased - they look fantastic and are so nice I just keep wanting to open them to look inside! Thanks to Darren and his team who have been a pleasure to work with from the design right through to installation - polite, tidy and efficient.

I asked for a quote for several items for my flat, I was provided with a quote which didn't break down the individual items but grouped them by room, although they were separate and distinct pieces. When I asked for a break down as per the individual pieces I wanted made so I could see what to prioritise, I was told that it wasn't possible. This was very disappointing, showing first of all lack of transparency in costs and secondly very poor customer service.
