Relyon Cars

Third and final time trying to use 'relyon' cars. Never have any cars available, and I've tried pre-booked and last minute. I suggest you use Ultra Cars of Oxted instead, much more reliable.

Taxi arrived over an hour late. I phoned to find out why the driver was late and given no explanation whatsoever. Service was paid to help lift bags but the driver could not physically do this and was illegible. My bags were crushed under the seats. He did not know how to accept payment by card so I had to find cash and he could not produce a valid reciept. Never ever use this company, it was a terrible experience. Wasted hours of my time and paid extra for a service not provided. Completely useless and unprofessional, no explanation or refund/discount offered. Stay away from this company.

Awful service, rude staff. Last train from London and the two chaps 'on' are 'off' because they've been working all day. Much like the umpteen commuters now struggling to get home. One fella saw me trying the door handle to the office, but rather than engaging, instead pulled the blind down! Absolutely do not Rely On this firm.
