Super job by Cameron on a very large conifer. Topped it and cleared the undergrowth off my shed. Looks so much better. Not a sign in the garden (apart from the beautifully quaffed tree) with no debris at all. Seriously impressive.

A job well done. Really helped to improve our back garden, and took care shaping the trees. Tidied up well afterwards. Will definitely employ him again.

Our entire garden was not managed over many years leaving it in a right state. Cameron worked super hard, thinking about what was best as if it was his own space. Excellent job, will definitely be using his services again to deal with all our trees.

I booked Cameron to come and trim our trees whilst he had a 6 week waiting list. At the time he quoted he assumed that he could take the neighbouring fence down (to a cafe) for easier access. I told him i would have to wait until the cafe opened again to get permission. A few weeks later after lockdown eased i asked the cafe and they declined because it would block some disabled access. I tried ringing Cameron to talk through other options but without answer and left him a voicemail. When i didnt hear back i emailed him twice chasing to discuss. Finally, a few days before the job he got in touch to say that there would be extra cost for an extra person to remove the offcuts. I agreed to this but he also said he now couldnt do the neighbours side of the trees (different neighbours to the car park) which was half the reason for doing the job in the first place. I tried to understand why he couldnt do it but i just got the impression that he had a bigger job on and he couldnt be bothered. He just kept saying that the job was 'too much hassle'. He's not obliged to do work for me but a bit of respect for your customers to respond to emails and calls rather than letting them wait for weeks would go a long way
