        Delighted with our Evonic electric fire and surround. Would definitely recommend Craig and all the team at Burning Desire. Nothing is too much trouble, so much choice and help and guidance where needed. The install was excellent too, no mess, no fuss, faultless. What more could you ask for

        Beautiful fire fitted a couple of weeks ago. More problematic fit than anticipated but the two engineers did a great job under quite trying conditions, adapting the fit to the circumstances they found. The whole experience was as painless as possible. Not quite decided on the surrounding paintwork colour yet.

        Purchased a Charnwood Skye 5 from here. Fitted by their hetas fitter. No compliance certificate even after going through hetas. No CO detector fitted either.Eventually had to pay 650 to have installation checked for certificate and brought upto standard by another hetas fitter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!
