        This morning at 0900 I asked the scaffolders to turn their very loud music down. They refused. They were rude and dismissive telling me I couldn't hear the music from my house. Why would I be out in the cold if I could not hear their music? I had to shout at them to turn it down. Disgraceful behaviour! Disrespectful and unacceptable.
