        Great staff and lovely wine

        Ordered 24 bottles, only 12 arrived. E mailed them, no response !! Phoned them, said they would send the other 12, only 7 arrived. Chased them AGAIN, and they finally sent the remaining 5 bottles. Sent an e mail to the MD - not even the courtesy of a reply. Shambolic organisation, and shocking customer experience.

        As an expat Kiwi now living in London, I have ordered many times as they always have a great selection of all my favourite NZ wines (like Dog Point & Astrolabe) which I used to buy at New World & Countdown back home, but are impossible to find elsewhere here in the UK. Always well packaged, so I highly recommend NZ House of Wine.
