        Always an excellent service from Jay - both pleasant and professional. And he is always happy to come back and rectify any snagging issues (not like some of these 'botch and run' characters that you read about) - a first class service all round.

        Jay was able to assess our boiler at short notice when our home emergency insurance let us down. He swiftly diagnosed the issue and was very flexible in finding a good time to fix the boiler for us. Jay is polite, friendly and clearly knows what he's doing (and explains it all too!). Really happy and I would not hesitate to contact Jay for any further boiler issues in the future.
