Refused to see me because I was 15 minutes late to my appointment, after getting a bus down there and explaining I'd have to wait an hour to get the bus home. The surgery was completely empty, the doctor just decided she was "done seeing people today".

Staff are very unhelpful if you have questions. This a self serving surgery where the needs of the staff come before patients. In my last appointment I was ushered in and out in less than 1 minute because the Dr was running over an hour late and was putting their coat on when I entered their room. This had been my second attempt to address my health, and to be honest the stress and indignity isnt worth ever going back. I booked this appointment in advance. So avoid being the last appointment, and dont expect staff to listen to what you want to say, theyll know what you need before you even enter the surgery (it saves time) and you will be in and out in less than the recommended 10 minutes, so dont waist you breath explaining anything, they really dont care. They certainly don't want feedback. I was told, no Dr has ever given bad service at their surger so they don't need feeback. I dissagrea, but they aren't for changing, arn't for listening, they don't need to.
