CPH replaced a bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom for us and we are absolutely delighted with the results. They are the best company weve worked with and we cant praise them highly enough. They have been first class and the whole process has been a pleasure from the planning stage, through to a stunning completion. Theyve helped with choices, given advice, information and guidance and the customer service has been fantastic. All the staff are so friendly and polite. They are punctual, work really hard and left our home beautifully clean and tidy every night for 5 weeks. We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in future. Old gas boiler failed in very cold weather. Needed quick replacement due to very elderly parent living with us. Wayne came same day and gave competitive quote and new boiler was fitted and up and running two days later . Sarah kept us in touch all the way and engineer arrived punctually and was extremely friendly and polite and efficient. Wayne came back in the afternoon to check everything was running and explained the controls and warranty. Have taken out a service plan with them as they give me so much confidence. Service is second to none. Can highly recommend them all.

I just had my first (hot) shower in my house since December 27th and I am feeling incredibly grateful! Just wanted to express my gratitude for getting someone out to me so quickly and getting the new boiler installed. I thanked him on the day, but please pass on my thanks again to the installer, he was on time, worked incredibly hard all day to get the install completed and provided a great demonstration of how to use everything. This is the 2nd time CPH has come to my rescue and I have been incredibly happy with your service from start to finish both times. If anyone asks for my recommendation on plumbing/heating/bathrooms I will not hesitate to promote CPH to them.
