Wonder Wombs - Hypnobirthing for Positive Births

Me and my partner did the 6 hour hypnobirth course with Jo. We both had a great time and learned a lot. Jo came to our home which was very convenient and I she stayed even longer then she should as we had a lot of questions on day 2 of our training session. We needed someone to get us on the same page as I wanted home birth and my boyfriend was not keen. Soon after the course it was my boyfriend that encouraged me to contact the Homebirth midwife team and get transferred with them for the rest of my pregnancy. We are all ready now and waiting for our baby girl to arrive. Big thanks to Jo for helping us to get together on this journey!

We recently did the Hypnobirthing class with Jo and it has entirely changed the way I now view birth. I have always been terrified of giving birth but now I know the facts and have several methods to get me through it, I am no longer terrified and so much more at ease! Thanks Jo!

Thoroughly enjoyed Jos Birthing Class. Informative, interesting and it was fun too! The classes are small so you feel that you can contribute (and ask those questions without feeling silly!) and you come away feeling more knowledgeable about your options and what works best for you. My partner really enjoyed it too, and he came away knowing more about how he can support me throughout the pregnancy, during and after. Can highly recommend!!
