Claire was recommended by Home Truths Estate Agents to deal with a house purchase. I rang Claire who immediately answered and agreed to deal with this matter. I received the agreements straight away, which fully explained the procedure and cost, which was very competitive. I was kept fully appraised by Claire & Home Truths who obviously have a great working relationship. Throughout the process at no time did I feel the need to call and ask for updates. All the right questions about the property were asked by Claire & I received full answers & recommendations regarding structural surveyors. The monies were paid promptly with the contracts being exchanged and completed on time. I would highly recommend Claire and her team.

Claire Wilson Solicitors have done the conveyancing on several house purchases and sales for me over the past few years. Claire is extremely knowledgable and professional and yet kind and approachable, she explains things fully and in a manner that I will understand. My recent house purchase was a huge challenge and both Claire and Jan worked hard to achieve completion. Very professional and gave good advice and service at a very good price !!! They have your back and protect your best interests.
